    Description
    are searching for a Team Leader, Material Handling within our Supply Chain team to support our Automotive business.

    Did you know we are the world's leading designer and manufacturer of seating support and comfort systems for transportation manufacturers, as well as tier one and two suppliers within the automotive industry? Our automotive products fall into three primary groups:
    Seating and Lumbar support, Motors and Actuators, and Mechanical Cables.

    The purpose of this position is to ensure proper storage of all goods and materials as well as correct stock levels at all times and in-time supply of Manufacturing and loading/unloading of trucks.

    Accountable for the trouble free reception and delivery of all goods entering & leaving the facility. Responsible for inventory accuracy for FG, RM and WIP stock and cycle counting process.
    Accountable for trouble free line supply of manufacturing with all needed materials (RM, packaging...)
    Engineering of the logistic network within a region to optimize costs and meet or exceed service levels.
    Responsible for the process focused on the delivery/shipping of material and finished products throughout the end-to-supply chain.
    Commercial and executional management of relationships with external providers.
    Responsible for ensuring compliance to the global logistical process (receiving, warehouse, shipping).
    Responsible for suggesting modifications to the process to comply with changes to local regulations/business practice
    Experienced in the implementation of warehousing methods and scanning systems in warehousing
    Knowledge of ERP systems, root cause analyses of errors and definition of counter-measures
    Working knowledge of MS Office
