We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principle Project Manager to join our team. Within this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering large projects or multiple smaller projects.This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high quality projects, manage a team of up to 8 and establish long lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as experience in facilitating collaboration among project team members and stakeholders;Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource requirements;
Leading a team to deliver projects inclusive of day-to-day co-ordination of the client, contractor, designers, comms and engagement plus other stakeholders;
Ensure that project deliverables are of high quality and meet the requirements of the client;
Influence projects to meet sustainability and environmental requirements;
Managing the impact of local requirements, standards and procedures that can impact on delivery of a project and ensuring matters are raised and addressed effectively;
Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget;
Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and ensure they are appropriately escalated and resolved;
Preparation of contract documents such as scope, site information and conditions of contract, including discussing key contractual points with the Client where there are options, advantages and disadvantages;
Reviewing contractual issues and resolving through the contract or making recommendations to the client;
Compliance with NRP project administration requirements;
Check deliverables within field of expertise and ensure technical outputs are reviewed by senior colleagues;
This is a permanent role and requires a full-time candidate - our full-time hours are 40 hours per week.
We are a flexible employer and have a hybrid working of two days per week in the office and the remaining time working from home.
Strong time management skills and attention to detail. Candidate may be expected to work at our other offices from time to time as the company's workload demands.there is also eligibility for inclusion in a discretionary annual performance bonus scheme.
