    Full time with shared on call

    In conjunction with a leading provider of support services for individuals with learning disabilities across the East Midlands region, who are committed to enhancing the lives of those they support, and delivering exceptional person centred and tailored support, I am recruiting a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Support Team Leader to join their team.


    As the Multi-Site Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing multiple learning disabilities settings across the East Midlands region.

    Your responsibilities will include staff management, training, compliance, and ensuring the well-being and development of individuals with learning disabilities in our care.

    Lead and manage a team of support staff across multiple learning disabilities settings.

    • Provide guidance, support, and supervision to staff to ensure the delivery of highquality care and support services.
    • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures, and implement any necessary improvements.
    • Foster positive relationships with individuals with learning disabilities, their families, and external stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in a supervisory, frontline role within CQC regulated settings
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
    • Flexibility to travel across services and share the "on call" rota
