    Job Description

    Madison Berkeley is excited to be working with a global wealth and asset manager who have over £60bn worth of assets across the world with approx. £7bn within the real estate market. They are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join the team. You will be working with operating partners to monitor ongoing investments, regularly review financial performance and deliver portfolio reviews to external stakeholders. They are looking for experienced portfolio/fund managers who have excellent financial skills and can report to demanding stakeholders. You will also be involved in transactions when required.

    Some of the key responsibilities include:

    • Monitoring operating partners' performance
    • Regularly reviewing financial performance
    • Monitoring and evaluating relevant sectors
    • Monitoring and assessing performance against business plan, budget and KPI's
    • Quarterly formal reporting of investment performance to investors and internal stakeholders
    • Ad hoc reporting to internal relationship managers and investors
    • Determining options to increase investor returns
    • Assist with the exit strategy and final distributions to clients
    • Assisting with the management of operating partner relationships
