    Business Development Manager - Recruitment Solutions provision.

    Salary: To £45k basic + car allowance / car - great OTE potential

    A PROVEN SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER- LEAD BY EXAMPLE ROLE CLEAR CAREER PROGRESSION PATH FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE

    • Ability to win new business in a competitive market.
    • Identifying business development opportunities
    • Ability to achieve targets.
    • Networking and Relationship management (Clients)
    • Drive the sales function forward of this established recruitment group.

    Essential Skills:

    • Relevant experience in the recruitment market
    • Must drive and have full driving licence.
    • Sales experience in a recruitment environment
    • Knowledge of the Construction or associated Recruitment sectors
    • Ability to overachieve.

    Previous Experience Required:

    • Experience as a recruitment Consultant, or Branch/Recruitment manager (sales)
    • Knowledge of the recruitment industry
    • Sales and business development skill set.
    • Recruitment legislation knowledge
    • Knowledge of Recruitment Market Desired
