    Head of Operations & Change Management

    Location:
    Between London, UK & Marbella, Spain (Office based as Start-Up business but with flexibility)

    We're on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic-minded professional to fill the role of Head of Operations for one of our cutting-edge tech clients.

    As the linchpin of their operational success, you'll be instrumental in shaping and optimising their day-to-day activities, fostering seamless collaboration across departments, and aligning operations with their business objectives.

    This role demands strong leadership, strategic acumen, and a commitment to nurturing a cohesive company culture.
    Identify operational risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and manage crisis situations when necessary.
    Possess a robust understanding of integrated digital technologies to support operational functions.

    Evaluate and deploy effective solutions across the business globally, ensuring minimal errors and maximum efficiency in their IT infrastructure.

    Collaborate with the Head of People Operations to oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention.
    Financial Oversight
    Identify and report key risks to the C-suite, managing crisis situations as they arise.
    Champion company culture and ensure stakeholders are aligned with and working towards company goals.

    Commercial mindset with a focus on driving business growth.
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
    Proven experience in a senior operational role within the technology sector.
    Strong understanding of IT systems and digital solutions.
