    Job Title: Sales Manager

    Job Description:

    The Sales Manager will drive the growth of the Checks Direct brand and boost sales revenue by taking on key responsibilities in Business Development and Team Leadership. This position requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to achieving revenue targets while also leading and supporting a sales team.

    • Proactively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and social platforms.
    • Utilize various sales tools to meet and exceed personal and team revenue goals.
    • Represent Checks Direct at industry events and establish partnerships with key stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to drive sales strategies.
    • Coach and train the sales team on effective sales techniques.
    • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
    • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams for continuous improvement.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Prior experience in a senior management role within a sales environment.
    • Strong sales and communication skills.
    • Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
    • Experience in managing operational fulfillment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • Proficiency in sales forecasting and analytics.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Knowledge of business development and marketing activities.
    • Familiarity with compliance and relevant legislation.
    • Skills in Microsoft Office and digital marketing.
