- Implement best Global/local / sub-regional category-specific strategies.
- Identify and recommend "best in class" suppliers, maintaining good working practices.
- Lead supplier sourcing processes and negotiations at the European level.
- Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research/intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets.
- Establish local or sub-regional frame contracts.
- Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and manage strategic suppliers.
- Achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization, and efficiency from all procurement activities.
- Ensure fulfillment of joint goals with internal business partners by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price, and service.
- Specialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services to reduce costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business.
- Evaluate and compare suppliers based on total cost of ownership (TCO) and sustainability.
- Develop lasting partnerships with traditional suppliers and manage larger complexity of contracts and new contract types (, with startups).
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
- Experience Level: More than 4 years in a similar role.

Job Purpose:
The Regional Sourcing Manager will implement the best Global/local/sub-regional category-specific strategies, working closely with local procurement teams to identify and recommend "best in class" suppliers, maintaining good practices.
