    Programme Executive - This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Education Team.

    BIBA Medical is an established company based in Fulham focused on three areas in the medical field:
    Education, News & Media, and Insights.

    We are looking for an ambitious Programme Executive to support the education and programme team to create and deliver upcoming projects.

    The role will encourage the development of the successful candidate and will involve working closely alongside the Programme Manager, the Marketing & Social Media Executive, & Head of Global Events, as well as the wider BIBA Team.


    Key responsibilities will include:
    Working with Programme Manager and Programme Organising Board to develop and deliver clinical academic sessionsUpdating the internal programme management spreadsheet and ensuring that the internal database is kept up-to-date with programme informationLiaising with Faculty to send event invitations and communicate their travel and hotel arrangementsAssisting the events team with upcoming projects from inception to the day of deliveryWorking with colleagues to ensure the accuracy of the clinical content for the parallel sessions to be included in marketing brochures and on the websiteScheduling meetings, answering phone calls and supporting visitorsMaintaining excellent organisation, especially during busy times of the yearManaging and improving relevant processes Essential skills and qualifications:An interest in building an in-depth understanding of vascular disease management High standard of organisational ability Experience in successfully managing projects/activities, ideally in an education/or clinical contextAble to work to strict deadlines ensuring contractual compliance and requirements are metStrong communication skills, both verbal and written An ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work Excellent IT skills including MS Office and Access database (or other similar databases)

    Education and experience requirements:

    University background would be an advantage in dealing with many academic speakers – Bachelor degree or equivalent helpful2 years of business experience required Hybrid working: BIBA Medical has an "office first with remote work" policy.

    You are expected to attend to the office on average of 80% of your working time.


    Salary expectation:
    £27-32K depending on experience
