- Manage and maintain the server estate, collaborating with third-party providers when necessary.
- Administer Azure servers and ensure their smooth operation.
- Handle InTune management, file share management, and SharePoint Document server management.
- Oversee change and incident management processes, as well as DNS/DHCP management and threat/vulnerability management using Qualys.
- Execute patching, monitor systems with PRTG, manage event logs, and oversee print management.
- Address Shadow IT concerns by consolidating disparate IT systems and implementing BYOD policies.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security standards, particularly ISO
- Experience with email security, backup/restore procedures, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning.
- Ability to review penetration test results and integrate findings into project planning.
