    As BearJam's Video Content Lead, you'll be at the forefront of a thrilling creative journey with immense opportunities for personal, creative, and career growth.

    Partnering closely with James Hilditch, you'll shape BearJam's creative vision and guide a dynamic in-house team while leveraging the skills of freelance crews.

    Your leadership will directly influence and mold the creative team, fostering an environment where ideas flourish and growth is encouraged.

    You'll spearhead the development of innovative, best-in-class video content, from conception to delivery, while shaping impactful BearJam-branded marketing material that resonates deeply with audiences.


    Collaborating with the Client Relationship team, you'll cultivate meaningful client relationships that open doors to new business opportunities, establishing BearJam as a creative force to be reckoned with.

    This role is your chance to leave a legacy and redefine the creative direction of BearJam while advancing your creative expertise and leadership skills.


    Collaborate closely with James Hilditch to enhance our in-house creative capabilities and output, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that align with and expand our creative vision.

    Lead the ideation, development, and creative direction of best-in-class video content from inception to delivery, in collaboration with our creative and production teams, which include three producers, two editors, an animator, and a motion designer, supplemented by trusted skilled freelancers.

    Provide inspirational leadership and management of the creative team, fostering individual growth and development, and enhancing our collective creative expertise.

    Engage in proactive client relationship management and upselling, working alongside the Client Relationship team to secure and expand business opportunities.

    Spearhead the creation of impactful BearJam branded marketing content that resonates with our audience and supports our marketing strategy, leveraging the diverse skills of our dedicated team and freelancers for dynamic content creation.

    Actively respond to, challenge, and enhance client briefs with innovative pitches and proposals across various types of video content.
    Maintain and cultivate outstanding internal and client relationships to continuously advance BearJam's reputation for creative excellence.

    Directly oversee and provide creative direction for all projects assigned to you, ensuring collaboration with James Hilditch and other team members as needed.

    Take charge of directing projects, while also knowing when to collaborate with specialist directors from our roster to ensure top-tier creative results.

    Drive thought leadership and branded content initiatives to elevate BearJam's industry profile and attract new business through demonstrated expertise and innovative ideas.

    Extensive experience in video production and animation, with a proven track record of creative ideation, directing, and delivery.
    Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and developing creative teams.
    Solid understanding of current video creation technologies, trends, and best practices.
    Ability to effectively delegate and manage creative workflows in collaboration with production timelines and team capabilities.

    A visionary creative thinker with the ability to produce original and impactful video content.
    A proactive mindset, capable of anticipating project needs and making strategic decisions to benefit creative outcomes and client satisfaction.
    Passion for mentoring and nurturing talent within the creative team.
