    Job Title Recruitment Team Lead
    Division Permanent Healthcare
    Start Date Immediately
    Location(s) Hybrid

    The Recruitment Team Lead will join our Permanent Healthcare Division to cultivate current key client accounts and also introduce new healthcare clients to the team, in addition oversee and assist the existing team to source and recruit international healthcare staff for permanent placements in the public and private sector across the UK.

    Manage current client accounts.


    • Previous proven recruitment and/or business development experience.
    • Excellent written and oral communication, strong command of the English Language.
    • Proven initiative demonstrating "outside the box" thinking when met with challenges to recruitment and ability to multitask and problem solve
