    Senior Legal Counsel – Insurance

    A leading Global specialty Insurer is searching for a qualified Lawyer with experience in the UK Insurance market for a brand new position in their in-house legal function. This is a broad role, which will give you access to really high-quality work, amongst which, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Advise the business on commercial and corporate legal issues
    • Advise on Insurance regulation
    • Advise on Company Secretarial matters
    • Draft and review legal contracts, including: NDA's, Supplier contracts, outsourcing contracts.
    • Advise on Data Protection issues when required
    • Ad hoc project based advisory support
    • Corporate restructuring
