- Identify opportunities to resolve client impacting problems across Operations through collecting data, performing analysis, and shaping recommendations based on insights and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Worldpay to identify areas for process improvement, assist in business process redesign to support broader operational change.
- Support and own transformation project delivery, including: project scoping, business case design, managing stakeholders, co-ordination of delivery, benefit realisation and change management.
- Deliver overall CX improvement for the Enterprise clients, through optimising efficiency, and enhancing business processes and intelligence.
- Assist with preparation, review and presentation of communications.
- Work closely with partner functions and Operations leadership teams to influence and align key business decisions, handle inquiries, develop action plans, and align key business decisions with the segment's vision and strategy,
- Support other related duties by leveraging problem-solving and communication skills, as needed.
- Relevant bachelor's degree is required, post-graduate or MBA will be beneficial.
- Flexibility and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in shaping analysis into clear requirements and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering analysis and recommendations to various stakeholders in the organisation, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors, non-technical users.
- Ability to lead by example and translate the business priorities and objectives into actions.
- Ability to develop effective relationships internally at a variety of levels and work closely with a range of departments.

About the team
As a Business Process Analyst II in Worldpay's Enterprise Operations Customer Experience Strategy and Planning Team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and strategic CX focused initiatives. Working in a small team, with a broad range of stakeholders, there will be autonomy and flexibility as the team works to enable Worldpay's Operations teams to execute on strategic objectives.
