Global Service Desk Manager | Environmental Services | £60,000 - £70,000 | Hybrid | BrentfordWeDo has recently partnered with a global Environmental Services organisation who are currently in the market for a Global Service Desk Manager to come on board.
The business is currently going through a large scale global digital transformation and this role is going to play a key part ensuring the IT front office is in good hands throughout the rest of this transformation and beyond.
Managing and refining IT incident and service request procedures to elevate service standards.Ensuring smooth implementation of system changes to minimise service disruptions.
Leading collaborative service initiatives with global IT support teams.
Implement new SLAsEstablishing and meeting IT Service Level Objectives.
Mentoring junior members of the the team.
Anticipating Service Delivery needs aligned with global and regional plans.
Have great interpersonal skills and work well with team members and key stakeholdersGenuinely passionate about quality and be a true advocateThere will be an expectation to be onsite in Brentford, London 2-3 days per week.
The rest of the time, you will be working fully remote.The role is paying up to £70k for the right candidate + an annual bonus that will take the package to around £80kIf this role is of any interest, please apply for the role and I will be in touch.
