    Description
    Are you a go-getter with a desire to launch your career in the world of MedTech sales?

    In this dynamic role, you'll strategically manage your own territory remotely with occasional travel to support customers in the field, focusing on high-value opportunities to grow the business.

    You will develop a business plan for your customer base and execute against the plan using virtual selling aids and digital channels, including social media, while cultivating and nurturing essential customer relationships.

    Previous successful candidates have diverse backgrounds, from sports players to recent graduates and healthcare professionals. We value drive and attitude over prior medical sales experience.

    Showcase our products to key customers and stakeholders in secondary care while building enduring connections.
    Cultivate and enhance customer accounts, taking ownership of the relationship between the company and the customer.
    Analyse and interpret account strategies and plans, harnessing key systems and data to uncover customer needs.
    Build relationships with marketing and omnichannel leads, supporting the co-ordination of digital communication across your territory.
    Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets

    Experience in selling, preferably within medical or healthcare industry
    Knowledge of secondary care/private sector environment
    Ability to build trust with customers by acting in a consultative manner to help the customer achieve their objectives
