    Job Description

    Harrington Starr is excited to be hiring a Marketing Executive to join their award-winning marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing in all its forms and be able to demonstrate:

    • A strong understanding of core social media platforms and how to leverage their functions to grow outreach.
    • The ability to understand marketplace demands and create content that reflects this.
    • A growth-orientated mindset, being confident enough in using their initiative to get stuck in. Don't be shy— all ideas are valued
    • A willingness to learn and seize new opportunities.
    • The ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and to understand and work to deadlines.
    • A basic understanding of video editing and appreciation of what makes good graphic design.
    • Strong work ethic.
    • Any exposure to marketing automation tools and the Adobe Creative Cloud would be desirable but not essential.

    Working with the marketing team, you will be responsible for:

    • Editing and recording podcasts.
    • The creation and distribution of marketing content across multiple channels.
    • Marketing automation and reporting.
    • Event planning.
    • Social media management.
    • Working on an in-house magazine.

    While relevant experience is a plus, we appreciate that skills can be learned so a strong portfolio and demonstration of character is equally important to us
