    We are looking to recruit an administrator for our growing Leeds Office to help support our Building Consultancy Team.


    Duties:
    Recording invoices raised on spreadsheet.
    Raising credit note recs and obtaining appropriate authorisation confirmation.

    Opening new jobsDrafting fee proposalsPrinting/photocopying/scanningDraft documents for new jobs from standard documentsLiaising with surveyors, both in person/email and telephoneDealing with purchase invoices and liaising with credit controlCreating new standard documents, and amending/updating sameUse of TeamsUse of Adobe Acrobat i.e.

    Creating/combining/editing/reducing sizeElectronic filing & physical filingBook meeting roomsKeep spreadsheets up to date with latest policies/training.
    Ensure personal mandatory training and policies/assessments and compliance library kept up to date.

    Good communication skillsDiary Management & Ordering food for CPD'sEvent organisationOrganising online/on-site trainingCost investigation for various training optionsNew starter induction/co-ordination with office managerKeeping trackers up to date, including CIF trackerArchiving & organising collection/deliveryCollating new supplier formsOrdering PPEEnsuring all required CV's up to dateSetting up team meetings, drafting agendas and minute takingHelping with work for other B&PC offices nationally.
