Our genuine aim is to provide our clients with the very best levels of service.As well as our Bath office we have a team based in London. We work on a hybrid basis with 3 days pw in the office.
You will report into our Technical Lead and work closely with the whole Service Desk team to efficiently maintain and manage the IT systems of our clients, ensuring that any issues are accurately logged and effectively resolved within the scope of our SLAs.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for 3rdline escalations within theorganisationDiagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issuesStay up to date by researching and evaluating emerging technologies, hardware, and softwareMaintain and update technical documentation regularly and accuratelyAttend meetings on time, portraying a positive and professional imageAccurately log and record completed tasks via the ticketing systemProactively and within the established SLAs respond to client queries via Ticket, Phone, EmailPlan, implement and manage Modern workplace services, such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePointetcDeliver assigned projects in line with the goals set by the project lead, and to the expectation of our clientsMaintainaccuratehardware and software inventory recordsIdentifyproblem patterns and implement fixes that ensure permanent resolutionEnsure that Penelope policies are followed - e.g., Timesheets, ticketing system, documentation, Health & Safety, internal communication etc.
