    Description
    com, a leading website monitoring company, is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. If you are self-disciplined and looking to work full-time remotely in the EU, this is the position for you.

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to incoming support requests and providing outgoing customer outreach.

    To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have prior experience in a comparable technical support position.

    We will give priority to candidates with industry experience who can demonstrate their professionalism and knowledge in the field.

    ~ Timezone/Shift required:
    Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm CET. Providing technical support to clients via email, live chat, or phone
    Conducting client success outreach and product demo calls
    Reviewing and editing content for the marketing site and user-facing support documentation
    Native or Advanced English speaker and writer
    Ability to work well with remote teams
    Proficient at resolving problems remotely
    Understanding of website protocols
    Experience with video or visual mediums
    Creative collaboration and problem-solving skills
    Familiarity with website monitoring
    Professional development opportunities to further skills and knowledge
