    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project Management: Lead and oversee electrical aspects of commercial fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Budget Control: Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising on quality.
    • Timeline Adherence: Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold high-quality standards in electrical installations and systems

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably in commercial fit-out projects.
    • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
    • Proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and schedule constraints.
