- Documentation: Assist in the preparation of transaction documentation, including offering memorandums, pitch materials, and deal-related correspondence.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate due diligence efforts by liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing data rooms, and facilitating information exchange.
- Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing transaction opportunities, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations throughout the deal process.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or related fields is required. Ideally 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Financial Skills: Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and derive actionable insights.
