Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior People Advisers in NELFT to provide support to our services.You will have the opportunity to be involved in specific projects.
The post holder will work in partnership with the People Services, to ensure a comprehensive, quality and timely HR service is provided to a designated client base in relation to all aspects of human resources.
They should have significant experience in delivering front line human resources advice and guidance, including investigations, disciplinary hearings and performance / absence management/ management of change and grievances.
We are looking for a driven Senior People Adviser who will be able to demonstrate experience of successfully managing a varied and demanding caseload, and meeting strict deadlines.
Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
All new starters will join the Trust on the first Monday of each month and will undertake a comprehensive induction of up to two weeks which will include mandatory training, systems training and the allocation of equipment.
As part of the process new starters will have the opportunity to also meet the executive team, senior managers and attend a number of drop in sessions focussing in engagement, health and wellbeing and key processes.
The induction will be held at our head office in Rainham, Essex.Working in partnership with the People Services to ensure a comprehensive, quality and timely HR service is provided to service areas in relation to all aspects of human resources.
Responsible for contributing to the provision of a professional HR service and providing advice on a range of issues to specific area(s) and service groups
