Description
Are you a passionate, dedicated Social Worker looking for a new challenge? HCRG Staffing is working with our client in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Social Worker to work in the Adoption & Fostering team.
About the Adoption & Fostering Team
We want every child in the Trust's care to have the best chances possible in life. For looked after children to rebuild their lives, stability and support is vital. When a child has left their birth family, we believe he or she has the right to live with a 'forever' family. We believe that this should happen well within 12 months. Usually, adoption searches should be complete within half that time. With around 2,000 children in our care, this is a big commitment to make. But together, we'll do everything to find homes that suit a child's age, developmental and emotional needs.
