    Job Title: Group FP&A Reporting Manager

    Industry: Luxury Retail

    Employment Type: Temporary & Contract

    Location: Central London

    Salary Guide: £70,000 - £75,000

    Our client, a luxury retailer in central London, is seeking a Group FP&A Reporting Manager to join their Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Group FP&A, the Group FP&A Reporting Manager will take complete responsibility for the monthly management reporting and the planning and re-forecasting process. This is an exciting opportunity, initially on the basis of 3-6 months, with a strong potential to develop into something longer-term. The successful candidate should have previous FP&A experience and be immediately available.

    Description

    The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Owning the monthly management reporting and board deck.
  • Identifying ways to streamline and improve reporting processes across the business.
  • Managing all planning and budget circles process across the Group.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements for month-end processes.
  • Understanding the drivers of the business and their impact on financial performance.
  • Driving the development of improved financial analysis and setting up standards across the Group.
  • This may include measuring performance and management across KPIs, understanding growth drivers and their leverage across channels, categories and markets and, analysing new product/category launches, assessing opex and capital investment effectiveness, inclusive of working capital.

    • Skills

  • 10+ years of experience within FP&A roles.
  • Experience of an international organisation within retail, FMCG or luxury industry is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data sets and present in a clear and creative manner.
  • High level of attention to detail.
