- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth
- Plan, execute, and analyse multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels

- Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively
- Track expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Higher level qualification in Marketing and possesses practical marketing experience
- CRM tools - Salesforce preferred
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- Machinery, Lorry loader, Crane, Automotive or similar background – preferred non essential
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
- Possess excellent I.T. skills - including MS Office and the SAP ERP System
- Be confident and comfortable interfacing with other departments and stakeholders
- Be self-motivated, capable of working under pressure, and able to operate with minimal supervision

Purpose of the position
We are actively seeking a motivated individual who excels in a dynamic work setting to become part of our Sales & Marketing Department, taking on the role of Marketing Specialist.
This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. The individual will collaborate with various teams, both internally and externally, in order to drive brand awareness, generate leads, engage the targeted audience.
