    Description

    See Film First collaborates with film distributors and media partners to organize exclusive customer preview screenings for upcoming theatrical film releases. As part of Stretch Communications, which specializes in experiential events for top media brands and film distributors, key clients include Sky, The Sun, and Stylist, as well as major film studios like Universal Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Warner Bros, Sony, and Lionsgate.


    ROLE SUMMARY

    This position will be part of the Film team, offering administrative and general office support.


    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support Account Manager with cinema booking administration, liaising with cinemas, ensuring feedback, and managing attendances
    • Research independent cinema chains to establish and nurture new relationships
    • Stay updated on industry news and trends proactively
    • Assist the film team with day-to-day project administration
    • Help in writing briefs, updating project plans, and sharing necessary information with clients
    • Contribute creatively to film preview screenings and identify potential partners for each film
    • Coordinate Brand Ambassadors for events through a staffing agency
    • Attend brainstorm meetings, provide ideas, document notes, and circulate them promptly
    • Check copies, obtain media coverage approvals, and compile media coverage for projects
    • Research essential information for client briefs, and organize couriers, merchandise, and competition vouchers
    • Handle general administration tasks like answering calls, emails, and updating reports
    • Assist in preparing final reports for clients and manage office supplies


    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Preferably a graduate with a degree in film/TV studies
    • Prior cinema/theatre experience is beneficial but not mandatory
    • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
    • Ability to think creatively and possess a positive and proactive attitude
    • Problem-solving skills and effective time management
    • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Friendly, positive demeanor with a genuine interest in film and entertainment
