    We are looking for a Verification Typing Support Coordinator to join our Verification Typing Team .


    Title:
    Verification Typing Support Coordinator

    Salary:
    £26,211 per annum


    Contract:
    Permanent (full-time)

    Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

    Locati on:
    Hybrid, minimum of 3 days in the head office in Hampstead, London. Team meetings to be attended in person. May be required to attend more often to carry out office-based duties.
    You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

    Process new verification typing requests for Anthony Nolan donors.
    Monitor incoming e-mails and action as required.
    Report results to UK & International registries and transplant centres.
    Update donors, maintain and accurately update our databases and deal with sensitive information in adherence to GDPR guidelines.
    Handle incoming & outgoing blood samples and be willing to be vaccinated for Hepatitis B.
    Prepare and pack blood sample kits to send to potential donors.
    Monitor stock levels.
    Ensure regulatory and quality standards are met and report any anomalies.
    Collaborate and provide cover for the team and actively share your knowledge with colleagues.
