    Salary: 24,000 -26,000 per annum (DOE)

    Hours:
    Monday-Friday 8am until5pm

    We are working with a leading distributioncompany who are actively looking for a Customer ServiceAdministrator to start ASAP. If you are well-organised with apositive attitude, and previous experience in customer service,account management, or administration, then this could be the rolefor you

    The customer service team acts as thefirst point of contact for customers via the telephone, email, andtrade counter. You will be processing orders on the internal systemand liaising with all departments across the life cycle of anorder. The role also entails account management/care duties. Youwill be responsible for contacting existing and old customers, tocheck their needs are being met. It is an important part of the jobto know the company's products, services, andclients.


    Your Duties:

    • General administrative duties
    • Responding to salesenquiries and developing your knowledge of companyproducts
    • Providing proactive customer care to existingand new customers, to help manage their needs
    • Discussing products with potential customers who have visited thewebsite
    • Ensuring the CRM system is kept up to date(Contact details, customer queries, complaint management)
    • Serving customers face to face, including with cashhandling
    • Liaising with Purchasing, Operations, andSales colleagues about customers'requirements

    JobRequirements:

    • Customer Service experienceacross the telephone and facetoface
    • Computer literateand an ability to learn new systems quickly
    • Confidentto speak to existing and new customers
    • Proactive withyour work
    • Flexibility and willingness to react andassist as situations develop
    • Ability to multitask
    • Take responsibility for key projectdeliverables
    • Project and/or project experience would bebeneficial
    • Flexible, open, and a positive attitudeessential
    • Geographical knowledge of the country androad network
