- Confidently create and own your Territory Plan, prospect and develop new business opportunities in the German & Nordics market
- Identify key stakeholders to drive new business relationships and become a trusted advisor
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives
- Collaborate and work with broader teams (TAMs, SDR's SEs, Marketing) to help build Mutual Success Plans with customers
- Participate in our world class sales enablement trainings, including our comprehensive Sales Bootcamp, sophisticated sales training, and leadership and development programs
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a quota carrying role preferably in the SaaS and/or PaaS space but not required
- Experience with consultative, value-based selling and a proven track record of exceeding quota
- Experience selling to the German & Nordics market would be advantageous
- Language skills in the target markets would be advantageous
- Worked with multi-product offerings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The Job
As Own continues to scale into the next phase of growth, we are looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive - Germany & Nordics to hunt for new business. In this quota carrying role, you will prospect for brand new potential accounts and ultimately convert them into paying customers. We are looking for a true 'hunter' mentality - mapping out key accounts in your territory and creating a strategy to execute, and ultimately close the business. This lucrative role is a combination of cold calling, personalized outreach, and strategic planning. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our London office a minimum of 3 days a week to maximise collaboration and interaction with business. Travel may be required.
