    Job Title: Receptionist

    Location: Mayfair, West End of London

    Salary Range: £30,000 - £32,000 per year

    Smyth & Co Luxury Recruitment Consultants is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist to join the esteemed team at our exclusive private member's club in Mayfair, London.

    Working Hours:

    • This role operates on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday – Saturday.
    • Closed on Sundays, and during Christmas Period & Bank Holidays

    Responsibilities:

    • Create a warm and welcoming environment for our members and their guests, ensuring a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
    • Efficiently manage restaurant bookings, taking reservations and coordinating seating arrangements with the dining team.
    • Greet and check-in guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring all necessary details are accurately logged and processed.
    • Provide assistance and information to members and guests, addressing inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.

    Experience & Qualifications:

    • Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or private member's club is advantageous.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
    • Strong organizational abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
