An award winning Financial Services firm going through massive growth are looking for an exceptional Office Manager and Team Assistant to join their energetic team. Based out of a phenomenal, brand new office in Paddington, this is a newly created role providing plenty of exposure across the business, interaction with Senior Leadership, and lots of room for growth.
You will be the lynchpin of the office, the 'go-to' person, ensuring it's smooth day-to-day running, as well as providing PA support to a group of Senior Directors and Partners.
I am looking for candidates with an outstanding, positive, real muck in attitude, someone who is a pleasure to be around and has confidence to get things done.
Your duties will include:
Office Management:
• Ordering office supplies
• Facilities management
• Ownership of relationship with building management
• Implementing Health and Safety
• Meet and greet guests
• Meeting room and catering management
• HR support for new starters
• Championing office culture
Team Assistant:
• Diary Management for Senior Management
• Expenses
• International travel arrangements – visas as required
• Meeting coordination
• Preparation of documents and printing and binding
• Arranging incentive trips and internal team events
• General ad hoc tasks
• Cover for other admin roles in the business as required
• Client related activities
