    Description
    Finance Analyst
    IO is an online video editing platform with a simple mission: enabling anyone to create professional-looking videos.

    We're already used by millions of creators around the world — from kids & grandparents, to ambitious YouTubers, to companies like Amazon & Google — all using our products to tell stories, create content & grow their audience.

    You will be responsible for accurate recording of accounting information, and recommending sustainable process improvements. Day-to-day financial operations, including account reconciliation
    Management accounting for VEED Group, consolidating USD and GBP entity
    Payroll management and postings
    Balance sheet management and monthly reconciliations
    Cashflow management including month-end bank reconciliation process for all company accounts and ensuring bank accounts are funded for monthly requirements and cash efficiency is maintained
    Building internal controls for expense management and cost control
    Collating internal financial information for external stakeholders
    Key contact on yearly financial audit, ensuring compliance across the business.
    Creating relevant process changes from audit findings
    Global tax compliance and statutory filings for payroll, reporting and tax
    Financial planning
    Take ownership of ad-hoc projects as required
    Native level (or close to) English skills, both written and spoken
    A professional accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), ideally from Big 4
    Experience within a finance function outside of an accounting firm
    Working knowledge of Xero (accounting software)
    Resourceful and innovative with a "can-do" creative attitude
