    The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation through entertainment agency WME; sports operations and advisory, event management, media production and distribution, and brand licensing through IMG; live event experiences and hospitality through On Location; and sports data and technology through IMG ARENA and OpenBet.

    Submit and track invoices, in collaboration with the Content Operations Manager, and set up new payees in Endeavor's finance system
    Send and track contracts for writers, photographers, illustrators and freelancers
    Add production deadlines set by the Content Operations Manager to the Publishing team's shared calendar. Set up daily run throughs and content, production and design meetings, liaising with freelancers on scheduling as required
    Manage printing of press cards and business cards and organise the Publishing team's post
    Maintain the library and archive in the London office
    Provide occasional administrative support for frieze magazine events, sending out invites, updating guest list spreadsheets and passing on any queries from the events mailbox to the Publishing and Events Manager
    Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
