    Work closely with our brand, campaign, communications, digital and design teams. Driving the development of quality copy that helps us achieve our growth targets and position the brand as the #1 community bank


    • Act as the guardian and advocate of Metro Banks's TOV across all channels, ensuring our verbal identity is role modelled, flagging where improvements can be made and dialling up our brand personality at the right time
    • An expert in crafting engaging copy across a 360 mix of channels from creative campaign headlines through to SEO driven content and digital product screens
    • And... we are a bank so risk is a part of everything we do. Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
    • Excellent written communication skills and a natural creative flair with an 'eagle like' attention to detail
    • You will need to be a passionate, conscientious team player with heaps of enthusiasm to build our brand and deliver growth
    • Highly collaborative and seamlessly able to maintain a clear oversight across all live and upcoming campaigns and how these align to our brand strategy and business goals
    • Comfortable to test the status quo to continuously game change and ensure the best creative output
    • Previous experience in creating and adapting to TOV guidelines for a well-respected brand
    • Experience managing a varying workload, able to juggle a fast-paced environment, agile and resilient to change
