    About the role We're looking for an experienced and passionate user experience creator who always makes customers say 'wow' You use data and research to drive your choices.

    You're a pro at working with everyone from product designers to marketing copywriters to make sure customers have seamless experiences across the brand.

    Working closely with product, design, and research to develop and elevate content strategies for existing and new products
    Finding intuitive and elegant content solutions across our app
    Building experiences that spark simplicity, deep understanding, and delight within Revolut users
    Collaborating with product marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey
    Getting to know the Revolut brand and working with design and product marketing to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide
    5 years of experience in a UX or content strategy role working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop actionable, creative content
    ~2 years of experience leading a team or directly managing UX writers
    ~ Strong UX and product thinking, plus insight into product strategy (bonus points for knowledge of the fintech landscape)
    ~ A flexible, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently in an ever-changing, fast-growing startup environment
    ~ Native speaking level of writing and editing in English
