    A look into the role

    As an Assistant Manager within our Employment Taxes / Global Mobility Tax team, you will:

  • Support Directors and Partners in providing advice to clients on the complexities of cross border taxation and social security.
  • Deliver insightful solutions that deliver tax efficiencies, ensure global compliance and manage costs.
  • Play an integral role in the Global Mobility and wider Employer Solutions group, working on interesting and rewarding projects within the team on a variety of clients.
  • Build the reputation of the Global Mobility team and Grant Thornton as a whole through quality.

    Joining us as an Assistant Manager in Employment Taxes / Global Mobility Tax the minimum criteria you'll need:

  • ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Employer Solutions

    • It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'll help you to develop along the way.

  • Global Mobility experience, Employment Taxes and / or Equity Reward beneficial
  • A well thought out approach to complex problems based on sound judgment and research, communicating with empathy and impact
  • Ability to analyse client problems, integrate information and provision of clear and consistent communication
