    Description

    We are currently working with a boutique design agency who are now looking for a UX Researcher to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have at least a few years of experience in User Experience Researching and is looking for the next step in their career.


    Key responsibilities of a UX Researcher:

    Formulate research scripts for both long and short-term research plansOrganize different types of research activities for the research product at handProduce data based on studies taken placeEnsure quality assurance for the companyDefine and build research standardsPreferable experience/ characteristics for this role:Have at least 4 years of experience in UX ResearchHave extensive knowledge of the responsibilities listed aboveHave a passion for the Design Industry and are looking for career developmentStrong understanding of mental modelsExperience working with software such as Optimal Workshop and QualtricsWhat's in it for you?Hybrid working, with only 3 days of office work required a weekPrivate healthcare is providedExcellent competitive salary provided, with many opportunities for career growth'Work From Home' scheme paid towards utilitiesInterested in this role?
