- Selling ourClients Life Sciences products portfolio and solutions/applicationsin the specified territory and pharmaceutical segment throughdirect sales to Pharmaceutical Companies as well as throughdistributors in region
- To achieve annual salesplan in the defined pharmaceutical segment and UK territory beingaccountable for the entire Life Sciences portfolio for a selectnumber of large pharmaceutical customers as key accountsglobally.
- Drive incremental sales growth in theBioprocess/Bioproduction Portfolio in UK Northern Ireland andglobally for your select key pharmaceuticalaccounts
- This individual will also beresponsible for protecting and defending the existingBioprocess/Bioproduction business in the territory defined above aswell as executing the Bioprocess strategy at Strategic Accountslevel
- Achieve and exceed sales targets bydeveloping a strong incrementalportfolio
- Execute on business development witha good understanding of all regulations to develop a partnershipapproach based on quality compliance profitability anddifferentiation
- Ability to Collaborate withStrategic Account Managers Business teams and Product Line ManagersField Applications Specialist and Distribution Channel Partners toachieve and exceed salesplan.
- PhD or MSc inBioprocess or related subjects such as Vaccine ProductionFermentation Cell Culture Molecular Biology etc. orequivalent
- Expert knowledge inBioprocess/Pharmaceutical Production at all scales (Lab scale Pilotscale Production scale)
- Ability to effectivelysell to a diverse customer base including teams of procurementspecialists Heads of Department/ C Suite level individuals withinPharmaceutical Companies R&D ScaleUp and ManufacturingDepartments
- Ability to drive the Bioproductionproducts sales strategy to execution at Strategic Accounts level atshort mid and long term across the UK.
- Keyaccount management of your assigned circa 5 Pharmaceutical keyaccounts globally need to travel internationally as well as acrossthe UK & to undertake key account management of thesespecific accounts.
- Thorough understanding ofthe Bioprocess/Bioproduction workflow and how to positiondifferentiated products
- Full clean and validDrivers License and Passport for travel as necessary (Up toc70%)
- Must speak FluentEnglish.
