    Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and ex perienced Digital Strategy Senior Consultant fluent in Arabic and English to join our team .

    The ideal candidate will lead projects in CRL domain, focusing on CPG, Retail, and Logistics sectors.

    As a key member of our team, you will leverage your functional and technical expertise and deep industry knowledge to develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.

    You will work closely with engagement managers to drive project success and client satisfaction.

    Our Consumer Goods, Retail and Logistics practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable local brands solve their biggest challenges in today's age of constant disruption.

    Additionally, the team collaborates with teams from across the global Infosys Consulting network to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.

    Good of experience in digital strategy consulting, with a focus on CPG, Retail, or Logistics industries
    Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
    Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, including eCommerce platform implementations and customer experience enhancements
    Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms
    Ability to travel as needed for client engagements

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop comprehensive digital strategies aligned with clients' business goals, leveraging insights from market research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
    Provide expertise in e-commerce strategy, including online sales channels, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization
    Possess high-level technical skills to assess and recommend digital tools, platforms, and technologies that support clients' digital transformation initiatives
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital initiatives

    Thought Leadership:
    Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in digital strategy, sharing insights with clients and contributing to thought leadership within the organization

    Project Management:
    Effectively manage project timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and schedule
