Service Advisor

£26,000 p/a basicsalary with an OTE of 32,000 p/a (uncapped).

We have anexciting opportunity to strengthen the team at our Aylestone Road site.

You will have thechance to work in a busy, fast-paced and challenging environment that willdemand the best customer journey experience and knowledge you can bring.

You willdemonstrate great product knowledge and show passion in delivering exceptionalcustomer service, as well as having excellent communication skills to provide aseamless service to our customers.

It isn't essentialto have Automotive experience, as long as you have a great attitude, we canprovide you with the right training.

Service AdvisorRole

· Greetingcustomers in a prompt and courteous manner;

· Checking incustomer vehicle arrivals;

· Liaising withthe workshop to provide customers with timely progress updates;

· Advise onadditional work required;

· Provide afirst-class handover with full invoice and work explanation.

Hours

Monday – Friday,08:00 – 18:00 with an hour for lunch. Saturdays on Rota, 08:30 – 13:00.

Salary

£27,662 p/a basicsalary with an OTE of 32,000 p/a (uncapped).
