    Senior Clerk of Works job in Sheffield, South YorkshireSenior Clerk of Works job, working for multi-disciplinary consultancy, that provide services across residential and regeneration/mixed use sectors.

    Our client is looking to speak to candidates who have experience in cladding, fire safety, and remediation projects. For this role, they are offering a salary of up to £50,000 + Car Allowance.
    Our client provide modern services, in the residential and regeneration sectors for local authority and residential clients.

    They are now looking for a Senior Clerk of Works to join and take the reins, from Autumn 2024 onwards, to take on projects in Sheffield and the Midlands.

    Role & ResponsibilitiesExceeding expectations by sticking to reporting guidelines that align with the specific scope of services that are on offerReporting these specific instances directly to the Project DirectorsMaintaining a thorough diary of work progress, identifying potential delays, below standard workmanship, and environmental conditionsOffering, when necessary, practical, and expert advice to the Project Manager which include valuable insightsAct in a professional manner at all times, adhering by company policies.

    Required Skills & ExperienceExperience with cladding, fire safety, and remediation projectsMICWCI/ICWCI/LICWCI is preferredSpecialist NHBC Level 3 or 4 is an advantageFull UK Driving License.
