    Network and Infrastructure Officer

    This Opportunity:

    TheNetwork and Infrastructure Officer position will support the global administrationand operational responsibilities associated with managing, maintaining andenhancing Palladium's systems, network infrastructure and endpointdevices. The ideal candidate should havea strong working knowledge of the systems used by Palladium includingfunctionality, configuration and administration or have skills that aredirectly transferrable.

    Location:

    The position is based out of Palladium's London office. This is a hybrid role, with more teleworkallowed; however, as needed travel to the London office must be easilyaccessible travel

    Reporting and Supervision:

    The role reports to the Global Director, ICT (based in Washington, DC)

    PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer Palladium's global systems, network infrastructure and SOE ensuring effective management, maintenance, and reliability
  • Monitor and manage capacity associated with Palladium's global systems and networks
  • Audit Palladium's global systems and network infrastructure ensuring compliance with Palladium policies and certifications such as ISO
  • Support application packaging, application whitelisting and other endpoint related tasks
  • Contribute to the development of policies, guidelines and standards for the administration, management and monitoring of
  • Palladium's systems, network infrastructure and SOE
  • Provide 3rd level technical support and manage escalation to vendors as required
  • Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry developments and best practices in related information systems, ensuring that the systems in place are maintained in the most current state, avoiding obsolescence
  • Share knowledge and mentor/assist team members and other peers
  • Participate in BCP/DR testing
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of cyber security policies

    • KeyCompetencies Required:

  • Proven experience in Global ICT, preferably for a global company
  • Strong technical acumen of enterprise systems (Microsoft Office , Azure Active Directory)
  • Proficient with network infrastructure including firewalls, switches and wireless access points and related network concepts such as DHCP, DNS, VLANs, Subnetting, Routing, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following systems and services beneficial: Microsoft Autopilot, Microsoft Intune, Salesforce
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
  • Demonstrable experience in systems management, capacity management, systems security management, and systems troubleshooting and testing
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, take initiative, meet deadlines and acquire and apply technical skills as necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
