    Description

    The HR Path, a global player in HR consulting, assists its customers in their HR transformation projects, both in terms of human resources and tools (HRIS). We intervene in Europe, America and Asia-Pacific, for our large accounts and SME customers, in order to offer them a global support in the development of their HR strategy.

    Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR solutions

    • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their HRIS digitalization
    • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main editors of the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
    • RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

    ROLE OVERVIEW



    Working closely with client business teams, you as a Workday HCM Reporting Consultant will lead functional areas, drive the scope, definition and delivery of Workday solutions that are fit for purpose.

    The role is a key part of the HR-Path Workday Team, driving forward opportunities for analytics, understanding business requirements and translating them into new Workday reports where this is required. The team is responsible for ensuring that report deliveries are made on-time and in full, to client satisfaction, and for ensuring that the rules of governance around reporting are upheld.

    • As a Workday Consultant in HR-Path, you'll be a key part of the team, to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. You will build relationships with our customers to understand their needs.
    • As Workday Consultant you will also be responsible for coaching more junior consultants and will be involved in pre-sales activities.
    • The Workday Consultant can participate in every phase of a Workday HCM implementation from offer to production support and can take up several roles during an implementation, being: Functional Lead, Analyst & Solution Designer, Tester and Trainer.
    • Next to the projects the Workday Consultant participates in can lead the development and optimization of our propositions and differentiators to further grow or business.
    • A high level of flexibility is required, including willingness to travel to customer sites or to attend Global events.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • In depth knowledge of Human Capital Management.
    • 3+ years of demonstrable experience of developing reports, and data visualisation dashboards to support leadership decision making.
    • Preferably, you will have worked with Workday Reporting, and have expertise using calculated fields, dashboard development, and reports (advanced, matrix, composite), preferably in HCM.
    • Experience in implementing technology-enabled HR business solutions for clients
    • The ability to challenge and design HR solutions, in line with client's expectations
    • Translate client's requirements into possible configuration options
    • Advise customers on solution evolutions as it applies to their implementation
    • Demonstrate functional experience in facilitating workshops, writing design documents, user acceptance testing, providing end-user training of the final solution.
    • Demonstrate effective project experience.
    • Demonstrate and facilitate the customer requirement workshops/sessions to ensure successful deliverables, including the preparation of documentation and presentations.
    • Follow Workday Methodology to ensure implementation modules of a functional solution are adapted to the customer's needs.
    • Pivotal team player with an excellent attitude - Support the project team in the deployment or evolution of the solution.
    • Prepare and deliver in design workshops on the subjects mastered.
    • Control and maintain best practice approach, and the highest quality levels of service provided to the client.
    • Regular participant in sales activities and responsible providing input to work estimates

    • Demonstrated effective project experience
    • Working to agreed SLAs and managing prioritisation of tasks and managing personal time.
    • Working with minimal supervision.
    • Excellent English language skills, written, oral and presentation, any additional language is appreciated
    • Experience of 10 complete Workday project life cycles is an asset
    • Workday Core HCM and Advanced Reporting certification
