This position involves overseeing projects, maintaining excellent customer service standards, and ensuring the fulfilment of production contractual obligations on a day-to-day basis.
Taking production briefs and managing the process internally and externally with clients.Responsible for time and cost management of your own projects, you will need to demonstrate experience in critical path creation, quotation requests and commercial governance.
Whilst you will be working on your own accounts, this role also requires you to work within a team of like-minded account managers and project managers, taking guidance and leadership from your account director.
Familiarity with client services environments, with direct engagement with clients (preferred but not essential).Strong numerical skills with a solid commercial understanding.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly power point and excel
