    Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    – Provide in-depth technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
    – Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
    – Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software and peripherals
    – Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions
    – Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
    – Troubleshoot network connectivity problems
    – Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to use computer systems and software
    – Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference
    – Keep up-to-date with new technologies and products relevant to the role
    – Assisting with setting up new clients for our Security Operations Centre (SOC)
    – Co-ordinating with business to understand new IT related requirements and challenges to ensure efficient and smooth running of the operations
    – Creating and managing service desk tickets and providing resolution on the issue reported as per our SLA's
    – Managing of IT inventory and keeping a track of all hardware and software
    – Supporting and understanding development using Microsoft apps

    Skills and Qualifications

    – Proven experience in IT Tech support (min 3 years)
    – Public Sector Experience (Ideal)
    – Excellent problem-solving skills
    – Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software and networking
    – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
    – Customer-oriented mindset
    – Ability to explain technical issues to technical and non-technical customers and employees
    – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    – Have a passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and procedures
    – Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
    – Microsoft Certifications (nice to have)
