    As a Senior IT Business Analyst you get to play a pivotal role in providing high quality documentation that is essential for projects to establish precise scope definition.     Essential knowledge and duties:

    • Solutions design and documentation
    • Testing and quality assurance
    • Change Management and user adoption
    • Knowledge of industry trends and continuous learning

    As a Senior IT Business Analyst you will take a role as a mentor and coach to others. Can you support careers of the next generation of Business Analyst? If the answer is yes then we support your career development too.

    At Laing O'Rourke a Senior IT Business Analyst like you, will be able to adapt to situations where the straightforward may be more complex under the surface.

    What skills do you require?

    • 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role
    • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
    • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
    • Exposure to a senior stakeholder group
    • Able to use reporting and analysis tools
    • ISEB / BCS BA Diploma, IIBA CBAP – Desirable
