- Be main point of contact for clients and maintain positive relationships with them.
- Update back-office systems and client records.
- Keep the client and Advisers up to date to provide excellent client outcomes.
- Request policy information from 3rd parties.
- Liaise across operational teams when needed.
- Prepare meeting packs and valuations for the client meetings.
- Salary from £25 – 32,000.
