    Join us as we are further strengthening our Product team and are lookingfor a new head of Commercial Product Management to join our growingteam.

    Your immediate focus will be to drive the go-to-market for Sinch,including sales strategy defined by region as the market matures.

    Sinch isdoubling down on RCS investment triggered by industry changes, and you workwith all functions inside Sinch, including a partnered Technical ProductManager to deliver the quality standards our customers expect.

    You'll be reporting to the VP, Commercial Product Management and will beaccountable for RCS success worldwide.
    ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the global RCS strategy for worldwide expansion.
    Drive the buying / selling strategy on RCS worldwide with stakeholdersupport.

    Define and build commercial guidance in customer transition from SMS toRCS.You'll be part of the Messaging Network & API organization whichincludes teams of product managers and product operations teams locatedacross various Sinch offices around the world.

    Your base could be in eitherUSA or Europe, and we're open to a hybrid or fully remote workarrangement.

    Ability to articulate and present to different working levels frommanagement to engineersAbility to break down complex requirements and explain them in simpleterms/schemesStrong ownership of work and relationship with customers (internal andexternal)Strong analytical skills and structured daily work with attention todetailStrong collaboration skills and be a quick learner with passion fordriving to a swift deliveryThe ability to own your work and make informed decisions then drivethem forwardA degree in engineering, product management or similar academic area,or relevant work experience from tech company6-9 years of experience from similar positions, preferably working withpresales, products or carrier relations at an operator or a CPaaSplayer.

    Anticipate substantial travel, approximately 30%, to engage in globalRCS conferences.
