In this role, you will develop analytical models and reports to demonstrate the effectiveness of lead gen and retention campaigns, as well as brand.
You will have access from day one to an incredible pension scheme with employee and employer contributions jointly totalling, up to 18.25 days annual leave, rising a day per year for your first five years with Bank Holidays and additional closure days at Christmas.

You should love interrogating data and be able to effectively build a narrative from the numbers; Have experience in lead generation campaigns but on the other side of this, understand the bigger picture and that measuring brand performance (audience perception, preference, and so on) is also crucial
Skilled at visually representing data and creating big, compelling stories around the data
Experienced in using multiple data systems and analysing complex datasets to synthesise information; Be at the forefront of reporting technology and efficiencies, and what will drive change for marketing measurement
The ability to use and extract data from CRM systems is required (Microsoft Dynamics / Click Dimensions experience ideally)
Experience in other Microsoft platforms, such as Power BI, is a plus

The Marketing & Brand teams sit within the Corporate Affairs & Marketing directorate, which also includes Internal Communications, External Communications, and Policy & Public Affairs.
Work with colleagues in particular the Digital Marketing Manager to capture requirements and produce and run reports to measure effectiveness of campaigns and channels.
Advise the Marketing teams on the most effective way to build measurement into marketing plans and activity.Work with colleagues across the Marketing teams to develop and provide KPI information as required.
Provide data analytical support as required, this could be acting as an internal consultant or through production of models and pieces of analysis.
Takes a flexible, forward looking, solutions focused approachThe ability to extract data from and use CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics experience ideally)
